Everything In Sport presents the Women’s Edition Conference, coming to Manchester’s Etihad Stadium in June 2025
Manchester City Sports Business School Confirmed as Headline Sponsor
Everything in Sport: Women’s Edition will take place on 24-25 June 2025 with a two-day event at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, supported by headline sponsor Manchester City Sports Business School (MCSBS).
Hosted at one of the UK’s most iconic sporting venues, the event will bring together industry leaders to shape a more equitable future for women in sport. The programme is built around five core themes – Education, Gamification, Innovation, Regulation and Stimulation – with sessions focused on workforce development, policy, performance, engagement and inclusivity.
Powered by a commitment to ‘Sport for Social Change’, Everything In Sport champions diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunities, driving meaningful impact both within and beyond the sporting world. As part of this year’s event, the Manchester City Sports Business School (MCSBS) is proud to launch its first ever Youth Project – an initiative co-sponsored by Omnia Media and MCSBS.
This new programme is designed to provide valuable industry placements for young people across Manchester, with a strong focus on promoting diversity, gender equity, and support for underrepresented groups. By opening doors to real world experience in the sports sector, the Youth Project aims to empower the next generation of talent and ensure they play an active role in shaping the future of sport.
Throughout the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with influential leaders and key decision-makers from across the sports and business landscape. Through a dynamic programme of panel discussions and curated networking sessions, the event will offer unparalleled opportunities to forge meaningful partnerships, exchange ideas, and drive collaboration and innovation within the sports industry.
This year’s conference will feature a series of thought-provoking panel discussions, tackling some of the most pressing and progressive topics in sport today:
Championing Inclusion & Representation
Panels will delve into the importance of diverse leadership and inclusive coaching practices, with a spotlight on gender specific coaching, male allyship, and breaking down barriers faced by underrepresented communities in both traditional sports and esports.
Health, Wellbeing & Psychological Safety
Experts will explore how the industry can better support women and LGBTQ+ athletes, with conversations around mental health, motherhood, menopause, and the integration of hormonal cycle-informed coaching and injury prevention into performance programmes.
Commercial Growth & Media Visibility
With a growing spotlight on women’s sport, discussions will highlight the rise of women only sponsorships, innovative storytelling, and next generation broadcasting strategies aimed at boosting visibility, audience engagement, and commercial investment.
Technology & Innovation in Sport
From AI and wearables to gamification and virtual reality, panels will examine how emerging technologies are reshaping athlete performance, personalising training, and enhancing inclusivity across both physical and digital sporting experiences.
Evolving Policies & Ethics
Addressing complex and timely issues, these sessions will unpack the legal, ethical, and regulatory considerations around inclusion of transgender athletes, and explore how to strike a balance between fairness, athlete rights, and integrity in women’s sport.
“Everything In Sport Women’s Edition is about bringing together industry leaders to help shape a more dynamic and equitable future for women’s sport, and at Manchester City Sports Business School, we’re proud to sponsor such an inclusive and innovative conference” – Jennifer Morris, Director, Manchester City Sports Business School.
“One of the key factors in choosing Manchester as our host city was the opportunity to collaborate with the right sponsors, and our headline sponsor, Manchester City Sports Business School, was instrumental in that decision. Their deep rooted commitment to the local community, combined with their ability to leverage their brand and influence across Greater Manchester, aligns perfectly with our mission to make impactful, community-driven decisions.” –David Kreyling, CEO, Everything In Sport.
