Emma Wiggs MBE

CHLOE MORGAN
Chloe Morgan is a former professional footballer for Arsenal Women, Tottenham Hotspur Women and Crystal Palace Women and now the head of football media brand, Shes A Baller (SAB). Previously Women’s Football Editor at The Athletic, Chloe joined the Rising Ballers network to lead strategy for Shes A Baller bringing with her a wealth of experience, both on and off the pitch.
A podcast host, regular media commentator, LGBT community activist and passionate supporter of the younger generations of women and non-binary folk rising through the football ranks, Chloe is an award-winning figure and voice in the women’s football space.
She’s A Baller is the largest independent women’s football publisher in the UK and a highly respected media agency working with global brands. Within her role, Chloe builds exciting partnerships, and oversees SAB’s editorial output, which supports and creates opportunities within the community while continuing to positively influence women’s football culture.

Dr Anju Solanki Hon-DBA
Anju has designed a number of programmes for one of UK’s leading charities, Women In Sport. She has been on the judging panel for UK’s most prestigious diversity and inclusion awards such as Women In Tech and the Cyber Diversity Awards. Anju’s recent focus on mental wellbeing has seen her deliver keynotes across organisations as large as Tesco and UK’s leading mental health charity, Anna Freud Centre. Anju has previously supported organisations such as Everything In Sport at events across London Stadium and Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium.
Prior to founding MEA, Anju had a successful 12 year career in Investment Banking, working at Citigroup, Barclays and Lloyds. She built a commendable track record on the trading floor and created a large network of international clients. Anju became super passionate about driving social change having experienced first hand the invisible barriers underrepresented groups faced.
Anju was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in 2023 by Arden University for her services to EDI. She holds a Gender Diversity Executive Education from INSEAD, Core Consulting from CASS Business School and a BSc (Hons) Finance & Accounting.

Emma Rose

Victoria Wieglab
Victoria is the Head of Education and Support at the Cricket Regulator on behalf of the ECB. She leads the proactive arm of the Cricket Regulator including safeguarding, anti-discrimination, and discipline.
Previously, Victoria was the Safeguarding Manager within the same organisation where her team focussed on driving culture change and safeguarding standards to keep cricket safe for everyone. An area Victoria is passionate about and continues to support in her current role.
An advocate for mental health, well-being and neurodiversity, Victoria has supported her team to deliver Mental Health First Aid Level 2 across the whole of England & Wales. By 2026, there will be over 800 Mental Health First Aiders in cricket, further enhancing the vision of the ECB to make cricket the most inclusive team sport.
Victoria studied at the University of Worcestershire where she graduated in 2023 having studied Leading Culture Change in Safeguarding and most recently completed the Windsor Leadership Programme in 2025.

Joey Gamper Cuthbert
Joey Gamper Cuthbert is a dynamic force in cheerleading and dance. A former dancer, cheer athlete, head coach, and programme owner, she also served as one of the team managers for Team England at the ICU World Cheerleading Championships in 2016 and 2017. Today, she Chairs the Board at SportCheer England—the National Governing Body for Cheerleading and Performance Cheer in England.
She is Head of Engagement at Impact Dance, an award-winning Hip Hop dance company in central London, and a leading voice in athlete welfare. Joey is the author of the bestselling Squad Safe: A Practical Guide to Athlete Welfare and Culture Change in Cheerleading, a bold call for safeguarding and culture change in the sport.
With a passion for empowering young people, she focuses on developing leadership, creating transformative experiences through cheer and dance, and using the power of sport to unlock potential and inspire lasting change.

Davina Donoghue
Erin Bourke is a visionary leader dedicated to tackling online abuse and hate speech in sports. A graduate of the United Nations Future Leaders Programme, she holds a 1st Class Degree in Political Science from the University of Exeter, specialising in Social Media Platforms and User Psychology.
Since joining the FIA in 2023, Erin has established the award-winning United Against Online Abuse Campaign, growing it into a coalition of 30 members and 38 affiliated federations. She has co-authored influential publications, co-produced the first open-access Online Abuse Educational Module, and brought together 75 global stakeholders for the inaugural UAOA Conference in 2024.
Passionate about youth empowerment and protecting sport officials, Erin launched digital literacy workshops that equip young people with the tools to navigate online spaces safely and focus groups to develop 360 safeguarding models. Through these initiatives Erin continues to inspire lasting change, fostering safer, more inclusive digital spaces across global sports communities.

Davina Donoghue

Dr Tasneem Sabir
Dr Tasneem Sabir is a Senior Lecturer of Textile Technology in Manchester Fashion Institute, at Manchester Metropolitan University. Tasneem’s has a keen interest in material properties and textile testing. Tasneem is interested in the field of smart materials for the prevention of sports injuries. Her current research investigates the structural and material characterisation of knee braces and understanding how bracing affect wearer comfort and biomechanical movements for females with knee injuries. Publications have centred around sports materials and textile properties for sports apparel.

Alvina Chen
Prior to founding Feldspar in 2022, Chen spent nearly a decade as a professional track runner competing in international races. Her sports career provided her with deep insights into athletes’ needs and the inspiration to build the next-generation running track.
Chen transitioned from athlete to entrepreneur following her recovery from an autoimmune condition. This significant experience fuelled her passion to redefine athletics through building cutting-edge technologies.

Dana Dar
Dana started out her career as a sports television reporter and producer, covering major live events including NBA, NFL, Olympics, global football and more. The second part of her career focused on working in global technology firms that provide services to the sports and media industry, reaching senior-level positions at companies such as SES and Intel. With an emphasis on creating commercial strategies, she’s been an integral part of teams introducing new technologies dedicated to enhancing the sports experience within the entire ecosystem through storytelling, content creation and monetisation; media and digital strategies; fan engagement; player development and performance optimisation.
She currently works as a consultant to sports organisations and sports tech start-ups.
Dana is truly passionate about how technology and innovation can support and enhance the sports experience. While working in the sports-tech industry, she has dedicated her time to being a mentor and advisor to multiple sports-tech startups, being a firm believer in mentorship as an essential component in building success and helping new generations of founders to bring innovation into the space.
In addition to her work as a consultant and advisor, she is currently the co-founder of Kick Off, a company set up to bring tech and innovation to sports organisations worldwide. As part of Kick Off, she’s also worked on projects dedicated to bringing a sports excellence mentality to youth development programs and developing sports communities.

Victoria Monk

Victoria recently returned from rowing 3,000-miles across the Atlantic Ocean, to inspire more women and girls to participate in sport.

Suzy Farthing
She has 20+ years of experience in delivering strategic communications and inclusion programmes. Suzy led all aspects of comms for BT’s award-winning London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games sponsorship and Channel 4 Paralympic partnership. She also co-created the BT Premier League Disability Programme with the Premier League and Comic Relief and went on to develop BT’s first global charity and community strategy, with a focus on the power of sport to deliver impact.
Suzy is vice chair of Lord’s Taverners, the UK’s leading youth cricket and disability sport charity. Previously she was a Trustee on the board of GB Wheelchair Rugby.
