We were thrilled to announce that Everything In Sport: Women’s Edition 2025 would be held at the iconic Etihad Stadium in Manchester on the 24th and 25th of June, proudly sponsored by Manchester City Sports Business School (MCSBS).

This dynamic two-day conference bought together industry leaders to shape the future of women in sport. Centred around five key themes – Education, Gamification, Innovation, Regulation, and Stimulation, the event fostered essential discussions on workforce development, engagement strategies, technological advancements, legal frameworks, and athlete performance.

Throughout the conference, attendees engaged with influential leaders and decision-makers from the world of athletics and business. With panel dialogues and networking opportunities, the event provided unmatched chances to build meaningful connections and partnerships, fostering collaboration and innovation in the sports industry.

Our commitment to ‘Sport for Social Change’ is at the heart of Everything In Sport. By championing diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunities, we aim to drive meaningful impact both within and beyond the sporting world. The conference featured renowned speakers, influential thought leaders, and key industry figures, all united in the mission to create lasting change.

A key part of this event was our Youth Project, co-sponsored by Omnia Media and MCSBS. Designed to provide valuable industry placements for young people in Manchester, this initiative supports diversity, women, and underrepresented groups, ensuring the next generation has a place in shaping the future of sport.

Attendees connected, networked, and collaborated, fostering seamless interaction and knowledge-sharing among industry professionals.

Set in the heart of Manchester, Etihad Stadium is more than just a football venue. With its state-of-the-art facilities and electric atmosphere, it serves as a hub for sporting excellence, making it the perfect stage for this event.

passionate and forward-thinking women (and a few men!) driving progress in women’s sport.

What a great two days of thought-provoking

I had a fantastic time this morning speaking on a great panel this morning led by Jennifer Morris, Chloe Walton and Gary Laybourne at Everything in Sport – Women’s Series Manchester 2025.

Each and every person that I met was not only
inspirational, but also lovely to speak with. I hope that our paths cross again in the not too distant future!

Such a great day. So many insightful and interesting conversations, and I was pleased to be able to share some of the lessons I’ve learned from working with people navigating change, from prisoners to players, and how, with the right support, they can thrive.
